Responsibilities of the City Manager’s office include:

  • Implementing the policies adopted by the City Council.
  • Providing direction to City departments.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership in policy implementation and development.
  • Continual monitoring of the delivery of City services to ensure efficiency.
  • Preparation and oversight of the annual budget process.
  • Managing the City’s inter-governmental relations functions.
