Welcome to the City Clerk’s Office
The City Clerk is the custodian of records for the City of Mendota.  The City Clerk’s primary responsibility is to accurately record the actions and proceedings of City Council, Planning Commission, Recreation Commission, and Public Safety Sub Committee meetings. The office is responsible for the coordination and preparation of agendas. Other duties include the maintenance of the city seal and Municipal Code, and certification of all official records and documents of the city.
