NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING|
CITY OF MENDOTA
REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on July 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the City Council of the City of Mendota will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting at the Mendota City Council Chambers, 725 Riofrio Street, Mendota, CA 93640 to conduct the following business:
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER APPLICATION No. 25-02 CONSISTING OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP No. 25-01, submitted by Peter Pao Moua on behalf of Left Mendota I, LLC and proposing to subdivide APN 013-280-15 into two parcels of approximately 13.35 acres and 0.23 acre, respectively. No new development of either parcel is proposed. At its regular meeting on June 24, 2025, the Mendota Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC 25-02 by a vote of 5-0, recommending that the City Council approves the tentative parcel map and makes a finding of exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15315, Minor Land Divisions. The City Council will consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation at this public hearing.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the time and place specified above to give testimony regarding the proposed actions listed above. Written comments may be forwarded to the City of Mendota Public Works & Planning Department at 643 Quince Street.
