NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF MENDOTA
REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on April 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning Commission of the City of Mendota will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting at the Mendota City Council Chambers, 725 Riofrio Street, Mendota, CA 93640 to conduct the following business:
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER APPLICATION No. 25-03 CONSISTING OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP No. 25-02, submitted by Cris Robles on behalf of Maria De Lourdes Santiago Hernandez and Josue Aaron Contreras and proposing to subdivide APN 013-104-03 into two parcels of approximately 7,500 square feet each. The Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding the tentative parcel map as well as a finding of exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15315, Minor Land Divisions.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the time and place specified above to give testimony regarding the proposed actions listed above. Written comments may be forwarded to the City of Mendota Public Works & Planning Department at 643 Quince Street.
