PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR
TWO (2) 20′ x 30′ METAL SHADE STRUCTURES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mendota (“City”) is requesting bids from qualified firms (“Respondents”) for the purchase of materials for two (2) 20’ x 30’ metal shade structures for the Public Works department.
All Respondents must comply with the requirements as set forth in the Invitation for Bids (“IFB”). A copy of said IFB, which specifies the requirements for the bids and their submittal, can be obtained from Mendota City Hall, 643 Quince Street, Mendota, CA 93640, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours, via the City’s website at www.cityofmendota.com, contacting City Hall at (559) 655-3291 during regular business hours, or by emailing ccabrera@cityofmendota.com.
The City will accept bids until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. All bids will be opened publicly immediately following the bid deadline. The bid opening will be held at the Mendota City Council Chambers located at Mendota City Hall, 643 Quince Street, Mendota, CA 93640.
